Timo Becker
Portfolio of the illustrator Timo Becker. The home page includes a playful element, where the visitor can get one of Timo’s illustrations by connecting the dots.

A völlig ohne project – graphic design by Luise Wilhelm. Concept of the dots developed together, web development by me.
The logo is always based on a fixed constellation of seven dots, but is only completed by the interaction between Timo Becker and his counterpart:
- The other person connects the dots in black.
- Timo draws an individual illustration on it in red.
- The logo is completed; a personal connection is spontaneously created.
We got this this concept mirrored in the analogue and digital space:
- Either the dots are printed on the Timo’s business card and the connections are done with a pen.
- Or the dots are connected with a mouse pointer and the illustration is drawn from one of 360 prepared illustrations by Timo.
For the first presentation of the website, we had a party and the concept live with buttons and a big projection on the wall:
The development was done with react.js, gatsby.js and paper.js.
